TOEFL®: Test of English as a Foreign Language
TOEFL® is a very popular English certificate around the world. In most of cases, it is offered as an Internet-based test (TOEFL® iBT), but also there is a paper test offered only in places without an internet connection.
Normally, both the paper version and the Internet version can only be done in specialized testing centers.
Due to the current coronavirus outbreak, TOEFL® iBT can also be taken online, from the comfort of your home. TOEFL® iBT takes 3 hours to complete. The TOEFL® paper-based test takes only 2 hours and 25 minutes because it does not include the oral part (responses cannot be recorded without a microphone and an internet connection).
TOEFL® iBT has 4 parts. Each part is scored with up to 30 points, which adds up a maximum score of 120 points:
IELTS: International English Language Assessment System
IELTS offers an academic version of its test, designed for academic settings and professionals. Like TOEFL®, IELTS is one of the English language tests most popular in the world. The IELTS is also accepted as a language test for certain work permits, as well as for immigration. IELTS Academic has 4 parts:
Academic PTE: Pearson English Language Test
The PTE academic test has grown a lot in terms of popularity; a number more and more universities accept it as relevant proof of knowledge of the English of aspiring international students. Unlike exams TOEFL® iBT, IELTS Academic and Cambridge, which consist of 4 parts, the PTE exam. It is divided into 3 sections:

Cambridge English Language Assessment (formerly the ESOL exams of the University of Cambridge) is a non-profit organization that offers English language certificates for different language levels. They offer many types of exams, but the most popular are:
−−B2 First (formerly known as FCE: First Certificate in English)
−−B2 First is roughly the same level as the common scores for the TOEFL® test (B1 - B2) and IELTS 5.5–6.5. It takes about 3 hours and 30
minutes to complete.
−−C1 Advanced (formerly CAE: Certificate in Advanced English) C1 Advanced is aimed at higher levels C1-C2 (comparable to IELTS 6.5–8.0) and is accepted by many British universities and more than 9,000 institutions educational institutions and businesses around the world. It takes around 4 hours to complete.
−−C2 Proficiency (previously known as CPE: Certificate of Proficiency in English) C2 Proficiency is the most advanced exam, classified at level C2, which is far behind above the maximum scale of the TOEFL® test and is similar to an 8.5 and above on the IELTS test. It takes around 4 hours to complete.

Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC)
The Test of English for International Communication is an English exam for professionals who do not have that language as their native language. Measure capacities and competencies of workers in their work environment.
Business English Certificate (BEC)
Cambridge English Qualifications: B1 Business Preliminary (BEC Preliminary). It is the first in a series of three Cambridge English Qualifications Certificates Business. This rating shows employers that you can communicate in English in practical everyday business situations.
Integrated English Skills Exams (ISE)
Trinity's Integrated Skills in English (ISE) is a contemporary qualification of four skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening) recognized by governments and institutions as reliable proof of English language proficiency.
ISE's proficiency levels are calibrated according to the Common European Framework of Reference for languages (CEFR) and are available in five levels:
