Can I request a review of my Toeic exam?
Score Review
If you feel that your scores are not an accurate reflection of your English ability, you should contact your ETS
Preferred Associate within three months of the exam date.
The ETS Preferred Associate will re-grade your answer sheet and give you a second score report. If a discrepancy is found between the first score report and the second, the ETS Preferred Associate will pay for the retrieval of your answer sheet. However, if a discrepancy is not found, you may be charged a small fee for the cost of recovery.
