Do Aptis titles expire?
Aptis titles do not expire - they certify that the bearer has demonstrated language proficiency at a range of levels on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) on the date stated on the certificate. However, being in possession of a language certificate does not guarantee that the candidate will have the same level years after taking the exam.
The accredited level may have improved or worsened depending on the use or practice that has been applied to it as of the date indicated on the certificate. Public and private institutions have their own requirement in this regard, and this may vary from one organization to another.
